Addison Group is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify and engage top talent for our divisions. You will network with job seekers, manage a strong candidate pipeline, and coordinate with Business Development Managers to match profiles with detailed client descriptions.

Responsibilities include calling candidates, maintaining relationships, negotiating pay rates, and documenting conversations for performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and recruit candidates through various channels, including internal database, job boards, and social networks.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline, with proactive prospecting and cold calling.
• Develop and nurture candidate relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in line with company goals.
• Document candidate conversations for data tracking and reporting.
• Represent Addison Group professionally at networking events and other activities.
