Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter to identify, network, and place candidates for client roles, in partnership with Business Development Managers to fulfill client needs.

The role involves building a strong candidate pipeline via cold calls, social networking, and job boards, negotiating pay, and documenting conversations for reporting. Base pay starts at $47,000 with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

The Recruiter is primarily responsible for prospecting new candidates for the division for which they are hired. Recruiters must be able to identify and network with prospective job seekers and develop matching strategies for open client positions. The Recruiter partners with Business Development Managers to fulfill the requirements of each client need by matching candidate profiles with in-depth job descriptions.

What You’ll Do:

Compensation: $47,000/yr Base plus uncapped Commissions

Training & Development:
