Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates through databases, boards, and social networks.
• Maintain and update a candidate pipeline via cold calls/prospecting.
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through meetings and calls.
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in line with company goals.
• Document conversations for historical data and productivity reporting.
• Represent Addison Group professionally at events and other activities.
