Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders the same day.
• Provide order confirmations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support order status inquiries and returns processing as needed.
• Contact customers to obtain missing information.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and partners.
• Meet departmental performance metrics.
• Maintain attendance as per handbook.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
