Job summary

Smart Delivery Service, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking a full-time Dispatcher & Order Picker for our in-person facility. The role involves entering orders, answering client questions, coordinating with vendors, and coordinating with office, warehouse, and management teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch, lift up to 50 lbs, and use standard office equipment. A high school diploma is required; a college degree helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree beneficial but not required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs+ occasionally.
• Experience with office equipment (computers, phones, printers).
• Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills.
• Attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High energy, charismatic and persuasive personality.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Empathetic attitude toward clients' situations.
• Accurately pull customer orders and stock shelves occasionally.

Responsibilities
