Daikin is seeking candidates in the South Bend, IN area for its Accelerated Management Program (AMP). This 12-month, hands-on training path focuses on Branch Operations and Outside Sales, with rotations through counter sales, warehouse, and showroom activities to develop leadership and customer skills.

Selected participants gain mentorship, structured coaching, and exposure to senior leadership while preparing for future branch leadership roles across our Daikin family of brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, or entrepreneurial studies with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Willingness to relocate and participate in the 12-month AMP track.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
