Job summary

Daikin is seeking candidates in Wheeling, IL for the Accelerated Management Program (AMP). This twelve‑month program provides hands-on, ground‑level training with two tracks: Branch Operations and Outside Sales.

Participants will rotate through Counter Sales, Warehouse, Inside/Showroom Sales, and other facets while developing leadership, pricing, and customer relationship skills. Graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar).
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to relocate and participate in a year-long AMP program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Accelerated Management Program (AMP) with tracks in Branch Operations and Outside Sales.
• Engage in Counter Sales, Warehouse, Inside/Showroom Sales, and related tasks.
• Support development of leadership skills, pricing accuracy, and relationship building.
• Learn to manage customer priorities, respond quickly, and coordinate with sales teams.
