Qualifications

• Operational experience including leading and developing small teams.
• Ability to meet goals and manage day-to-day facility/equipment upkeep.
• Degree in an applicable field may substitute for operational experience.
• General Manager or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the location's operations and teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage wash quality and staffing.
• Develop management team and conduct regular performance check-ins.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and timekeeping.
• Maximize location profitability and coordinate with district oversight.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
• Attend operational meetings and report to the District Manager.
