The position offers a starting pay up to $27 per hour with incentives, a demanding schedule, and opportunities to develop leadership and operational expertise across all location functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently.
• Degree in an applicable field may substitute for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on the Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy customers and maintain wash quality, staffing, and handle complaints.
• Develop management team through coaching, checklists, and performance reviews.
• Develop wash associates through orientation and ongoing training; document discipline as needed.
• Maximize location profitability by managing expenses and budgeting with the Area Director.
• Ensure operational excellence by completing OPEX checklists and keeping staffing within guidelines.
• Create a safety-conscious culture with regular safety trainings and audits.
• Attend Ops meetings and communicate notes for your location.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
