Qualifications

• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently, and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and/or equipment.
• A degree in an applicable field may be a suitable substitution for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on the Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy Customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints and damages.
• Develop Management Team through coaching, checklists, and performance reviews.
• Develop Wash Associates through orientation, training, and supervision of shifts.
• Maximize Location Profitability by managing expenses and budgeting with the Area Director.
• Ensure Operational Excellence via OPEX/OEE checklists and staffing.
• Create a Safety Conscious Culture with training and safety programs.
• Attend Ops Meetings and stay informed on company information.
