• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Drive customer satisfaction through clean wash quality, staffing, and resolving complaints.
• Assist the General Manager in meeting location goals and maintaining standards.
• Develop associates through orientation, coaching and ongoing training.
• Maintain property and equipment; ensure cleanliness across all areas.
• Participate in a structured management training program and pursue ongoing development.
• Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
