Job summary

Mike's Carwash in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to work with the General Manager to lead and develop Associates and Shift Managers, while delivering an outstanding experience for customers.

This role requires two years of retail or service-management experience and offers internal promotion opportunities, a starting pay of $22 per hour plus incentives, and a path to upper management within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain wash quality, staffing, and professionally handle customer complaints and damages.
• Operations Management: Ensure location runs to Mike’s Carwash standards; assist the General Manager with goals; manage costs and staffing.
• Associate and Management Development: Support hiring, training, and ongoing development of the team; participate in performance reviews.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance: Support maintenance, track repairs, and keep areas clean.
• Personal Development: Participate in a structured management training program.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures; completing all other duties as assigned.
