Job summary

Mike’s Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to partner with the General Manager in leading location operations and staff development. You will drive customer satisfaction, maintain wash quality, and manage staffing, inventory, and adherence to company standards.

The role requires at least two years in retail/service leadership and an emphasis on promoting from within. Starting pay is $22 per hour with incentives and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Associates and Shift Managers at their location while providing an outstanding experience for all customers.
• Inspire teams to ensure we execute Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise while maximizing profitability.
• The Assistant Manager will be capable of running the location in the absence of the General Manager.
• Participate in training and development activities and assist with hiring and onboarding as needed.
