• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with cleaning, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes; support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management; build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and coaching; prepare for future leadership roles.
