Starting wage is $37,440 per year ($18.00 per hour). The program emphasizes leadership development, multi-department exposure, and a clear path to advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning, lot management, and customer service.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management and develop leadership skills.
