Hertz Local Edition (HLE) in Sacramento is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, operations, and fleet management in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll learn through structured training, shadow leadership, and participate in daily business metrics, customer service excellence, and cash handling while aiming for future leadership roles within Hertz.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver excellent customer service to meet location goals.
• Assist with fleet management and store operations.
• Support vehicle preparation and lot management.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Shadow management and develop leadership skills for future roles.
