Qualifikationen

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with vehicle prep, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and assist with deal completion; understand reporting and metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow management, build skills in scheduling and coaching; prepare for future leadership roles.
