Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fleet and operations, and finance while building the foundation for future leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to drive service scores.
