Job summary
Hertz Local Edition is seeking a Manager Trainee to drive location performance while developing leadership skills. You will rotate through sales, operations, vehicle care, and finance tasks and prepare for a Branch Manager promotion within 12-18 months.
The starting wage is $38,480 per year or $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and training. You will gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and business metrics in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn all areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Support location sales goals with strong customer service.
- Learn fleet logistics, inventory control, and store operations.
- Assist with vehicle preparation, lot management, and service tasks.
- Learn finance processes and reporting basics.
- Shadow management to develop leadership and scheduling skills.
