Job summary

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The starting wage is $33,280 per year or $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 20 years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver high customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist store operations and compliance.
• Support team with vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service assistance.
