Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The starting wage is $33,280 per year ($16/hr).

You will gain experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and leadership development to contribute to the company’s financial wellbeing. Role involves fast-paced learning, with opportunities to learn CRM practices, schedules, and performance coaching while helping drive

Formación

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Customer Service to support location goals and customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management involving fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care including cleaning, lot management, and customer service support.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and reporting.
• Leadership Development: shadow management, scheduling, and coaching for future roles.
