Job summary

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to drive location performance and develop leadership skills, with a promotion track to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The role offers hands-on experience in sales, operations, and finance, and is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The starting wage is $39,520 per year or $19.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health plans, retirement, parental leave, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support vehicle preparation and lot management.
• Learn finance processes and assist with deal completion.
