Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The starting wage is $18.50 per hour, with the opportunity to grow through hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and finance.

The role includes leadership development and structured training to build management capabilities.

Formación

• Must be 20+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking ability.
• Experience in a professional environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Learn sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations, compliance, and vehicle preparation.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and metrics.
• Shadow and support management; develop leadership and coaching skills.
