Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support team with tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Shadow and support management in daily operations.
• Build leadership and scheduling skills; prepare for future leadership roles.
