Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by program start.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete training in the management and sales program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to recommend solutions.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist with store administration and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and policies.
• Maintain store condition and promotional displays.
• Support training and performance management of staff.
