Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

This program runs a typical 44-hour week, with potential evenings and weekends, and involves leading a million-dollar store operation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls.
