Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is looking for a driven candidate for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. The role offers paid relocation to Cincinnati for training, then relocation to one of our 65+ offices nationwide after building a solid book of business.

You will undergo six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, learn to source carriers, and negotiate pricing while you establish relationships with new customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• Must be self-motivated, coachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Cincinnati for training and eventual relocation to one of 65+ offices.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
