Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is launching the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, designed for high-potential individuals aiming to accelerate their careers and earnings in freight brokerage. The program includes direct training and a rapid path to leadership, with relocation support and a generous sign-on package.

Participants will relocate to Cincinnati for training, then have the opportunity to advance within TQL’s nationwide offices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
