SIXT is launching 1ST GEAR!, a global Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into a leadership role within our mobility company. The 12-month journey places you in hands-on roles, with responsibility from day one and a guaranteed leadership position after completion.
You'll gain exposure in Sales, Customer Service, Fleet and Performance Management, with the opportunity to lead branches or airport leadership teams. A company car is provided after successful completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service or Management.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong English communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible, travel-ready and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Support early leadership development and contribute to operational goals.
- Assist in achieving efficiency and shared success within the team.
- Participate in learning paths across Sales, Customer Service and Fleet Management.
- Travel within the United States as needed and collaborate with Branch Managers.
