SIXT USA is launching a 12‑month Management Trainee Program, 1ST GEAR!, designed to fast‑track you into a leadership role. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, take on responsibilities early, and be placed into a leadership position after graduation across the United States.

The program includes travel up to 50% and rotation through core operations—from sales to fleet management—while you develop leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Shows initiative and takes ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12‑month program and contribute to achieving operational goals.
• Graduate into a leadership position anywhere in the United States after completion.
• Gain exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to develop leadership on the job.
