Job summary

SIXT invites ambitious individuals to join 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month Management Trainee program designed to fast-track leadership careers. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and graduate into a leadership role at a mobility leader.

You’ll rotate through core functions, deliver premium service, and collaborate with Branch Managers to learn on the job. A bachelor degree or relevant experience, plus English proficiency, are valued as you prepare for a landing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or relevant experience in sales, customer service, and management.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership initiative.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, problem-solving mindset with ownership.
• Willing to rotate across locations and branches.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility early, support KPIs, and team success.
• Prepare for landing role through real business challenges and final assessment.
• Work in a Rental Sales Agent position to learn the business from the ground up.
• Deliver premium customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Rotate through Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
