Job summary

SIXT recruits ambitious individuals for the 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program. A 12-month journey to fast-track into leadership roles, with hands-on experience from day one and a guaranteed leadership position upon completion. The program includes travel within the United States and a company car after successful completion.

You’ll gain insights across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, training in communication, problem-solving, and leadership on the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management.
• Shows initiative and ability to lead without instruction.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take early ownership and support operational goals during the 12-month program.
• Grow into a leadership role in a US-based branch or airport leadership team.
• Learn Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to develop leadership on the job.
