SIXT USA is launching the 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program—a 12-month leadership track designed to fast‑track you into a genuine leadership role within a top mobility company.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience, take on responsibilities early, and aim for a leadership placement anywhere in the United States after completion. Competitive hourly pay and a company car upon program success are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• Ambitious, curious and proactive with leadership potential.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Proactive, independent problem solver with ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 50% in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support achievement of operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one across core functions.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
