SIXT is recruiting for its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program in the United States.

This 12-month, hands-on leadership track fast-tracks you into a real leadership role, from day one taking on responsibility and shaping operations from sales to fleet management. You will rotate across core functions, gain visibility with Branch Managers and Area Directors, and graduate into a leadership position anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership initiative.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the United States; not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work hands-on in daily operations from sales to fleet operations; receive training in communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to develop leadership on the job.
