SIXT is launching 1ST GEAR!, a 12-month Management Trainee Program that fast-tracks you into a real leadership role across our mobility operations in the United States. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and work toward a leadership posting.

The program includes exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, with travel up to 50% in the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.

Responsibilities

• You start in a 12-month program with immediate responsibility and leadership exposure.
• Gain hands-on experience across core operations and aim for a leadership posting upon completion.
• Travel within the United States up to 50% during the first year; work across multiple locations.
