Qualifications

• Growth mindset with readiness to learn in a fast-paced program.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 50% in year one.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one with training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
