Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years in other fields.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc).
• Experienced Technician/Bay Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Brakes Plus store and prepare for Regional Manager position.
• Build and manage a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop processes to improve team performance.
