Job summary

Brakes Plus is seeking talented leaders for its Fast Track Management Program in The Colony, TX. The program spans 3-12 months to prepare you to efficiently operate a BP store.

You will learn the business end-to-end, work with the Sales and Service teams on the lobby floor and in the shop, and develop the skills to review P&L, payroll, expenses, and inventory for a financially sound location. Store management opportunities typically arise in 3–12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years of management experience.
• Basic understanding of utilizing store technology (POS, email, etc).
• Experience with payroll management, expense analysis and inventory control.
• Demonstrated success in employee retention and conflict resolution.
• Outstanding leadership skills, communication skills and adaptability to change.
• Ability to review and analyze a P&L statement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop a motivated team to deliver high performance.
• Learn the In's & Out's of Brakes Plus business and store processes.
• Work with Sales and Service teams on the lobby floor and in the shop.
• Assist in achieving financially sound store performance and growth.
