Job summary

Brakes Plus in Lewisville, TX is seeking leaders for our Fast Track Management Program designed to train you to efficiently operate a Brakes Plus store and prepare you for future Regional Manager responsibilities. You will work closely with Sales and Service teams, learn to manage P&L, payroll, and inventory, and progress to Store Manager opportunities within 3-12 months based on performance.

Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits including health,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive or 4 years in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of store technology (POS, email, etc).
• Experience with payroll management, expense analysis and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate Brakes Plus store efficiently and develop a high-performing team.
• Work closely with Sales and Service teams on the lobby floor and in the shop.
• Progress to Store Management opportunities in 3-12 months based on performance.
