Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, along with benefits such as a 401(K) plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in automotive OR 4 years of management experience.
• Outstanding leadership, communication skills, and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare to efficiently operate a Brakes Plus store.
• Learn the operations and team management for future Regional Manager role.
• Assist team in executing store processes.

Skills

Management experience in automotive
