Qualifications

• 1+ year in service department
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts
• Establish follow-up time and monitor progress of each vehicle throughout the day
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
