RhythmQ is hiring for an Account Executive in the United States. The role starts with a structured BDR training program and a clear path to an AE seat in as little as 45 days.

You will research, prospect, qualify, and book meetings for the AE team, then lead discovery calls, demos, build proposals, and close new business. Expect a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with an $80,000–$90,000 OTE, uncapped with accelerators.

Qualifikationen

• Must be coachable, resilient, and organized with strong communication skills.
• Some sales or software experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and using AI tools for prospecting.
