Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn cold calling techniques, generate leads, and build client relationships.
• Negotiate job offers and educate candidates on opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ATS systems.
• Lead recruiters and help guide them toward promotions and leadership opportunities.
