Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Transaction Processing Specialist to manage the sorting and decisioning of non-standard transactions with precision in a contract setting.

The role focuses on daily reject decisioning, processing transactions, and supporting operational goals in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing accuracy and productivity while adhering to client instructions and standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in mail sorting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to read and make decisions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• High-speed mail extraction and scanning with OPEX 150 equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
