Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Remittance Processing Specialist II to manage complex sorting and decisioning of rejected transactions, focusing on day-to-day reject processing and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves high-speed mail extraction and scanning using I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30/40/50/51, and Falcon equipment, with opportunities to train others and contribute to client processing instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to read and make decisions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reject Operator: pull rejected transactions and perform basic sorting/decisioning.
• High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning using listed equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and decisioning.
• Maintain accuracy and performance per department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
