Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Mail Sorting and Transaction Decision Specialist in Monterey Park, CA 91754. You will process limited-scope transactions, sort mail, and make decisions on client instructions in a fast-paced setting.

The role calls for accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling high-volume mail operations. This contract position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of mail sorting experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and make decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails with general knowledge of operations.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning on moderate to complex client handling using OPEX 150 equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning according to client instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity in accordance with department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
