Staff Perm is seeking a Processing Specialist II to sort and decision non-standard or rejected transactions. You will work with high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment (OPEX 150) in a fast-paced environment, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

Shifts run 6 am–2:30 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with Mondays and Saturdays off. The role is contract and pays $17.50 per hour plus weekly benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience mail sorting.
• Ability to read and make decisions.
• Computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails with general knowledge of operations.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning on moderate to complex client handling using OPEX 150 equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning according to client instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity in accordance with department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.
