Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse duties, pull orders from a pick list, move items from the sales floor to staging, and use a handheld RF scanner to verify counts and locations.

You will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, work with the team to meet productivity targets, and uphold safety and member service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with order pulling in a busy warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate a handheld RF scanner to verify counts.
• Comfort with lifting and moving merchandise as required.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and flag expired/short-dated items.
• Maintain a neat, safe SFC area and assist with housekeeping and safety procedures.
