Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will perform general warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, and use handheld scanners to verify counts and update locations.

Daily duties include moving items to staging areas, packaging orders, and helping maintain policy compliance and a safe, positive member environment. Regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and friendly by pulling from a pick list.
• Operate RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and replenish as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized SFC area and adhere to safety standards.
• Support Omni digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
