Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and general warehouse duties. You will pull merchandise, verify counts with a handheld RF scanner, and move items from the sales floor to staging areas while upholding club policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate order picking, communicating stock needs, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Prior warehouse or RF scanner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with order pulling is preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience is preferred.
• RF scanner experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses RF scanner to verify merchandise and update counts.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicates inventory issues.
• Maintains a neat, clean SFC area and adheres to safety standards.
• Handles returns and maintains club policies.
